ARDSLEY ART RESIDENCE

Gallery and residences from an old gas station.
Ardsley Village, NY.

2020
Commission

Adaptive reuse project in Ardsley NYC. The proposal is rewrapping of the existing shed with a new insulated façade system, and an addition of two residential levels on top of the existing long-span steel structure. The existing structure was a gas station that has been transformed into a car reaper shop and eventually into a fire fighting station that was abandoned for many years. The new proposal will have a maker space, gallery, restaurants, artist studios, and housing that will inject life into the main street of Ardsley.
